1. Organize and coordinate administrative activities in the A&E building. This includes the reception desk: greet visitors and customers, provide information to the public, review, sort, and distribute mail and faxes, review and edit correspondence prepared by others, checking grammar, format and accuracy, make travel arrangements, collect expense receipts; prepare and process forms for reimbursement, filing, monitor and help manage office equipment operations, ,etc.
2. Provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the principals in the A&E Building, including the Vice Chancellor for Real Estate, AVC for Physical & Environmental Planning (PEP), AVC for Real Estate Services (RESO), Chief Operating Officer, and Chief of Staff / Director of Strategic Initiatives.

5. Manage the reservation of departmental vehicle assigned to the A&E Building, as well as responsibility for the log to check out parking passes to employees for appropriate use.
6. Screen calls and handle inquiries; redirect callers to appropriate staff members.
7. Maintain filing systems in collaboration with other administrative staff; coordinate administrative workflow with other staff members.
8. Gathers and analyzes resource data; prepares reports or analyses of operational activities, evaluation of current and proposed services, etc.
9. Oversee maintenance of office equipment, order supplies.
10. Functions as a resource on issues such as researching complex discrepancies, escalated customer service problems and vendor concerns.
